We provide “In Company” HR support and services for businesses and organisations across Bristol, Bath, The West and the South West.
If you are a small or medium sized company and either don’t have an HR Officer or Manager we can provide an in company presence on a full time or part time basis. Alternatively if you are contemplating or initiating an important project whether that be the recruitment of new staff, relocation, downsizing, leadership development, we can provide interim support for a limited period based on your needs.
Often in company support can help your existing HR staff who may be inexperienced and we will provide support that we stretch them professionally so they develop to the level you require.
Our “In Company” support is available on a negotiated fee basis but it will mean you have a face in your company you can talk to about your HR and People issues in person and they can instantly deal with them on your behalf.
